Amoco p.l.c., was advised by his financial advisers on 14 April 2000 that he
acquired 54 BP Amoco Ordinary shares on 12 April 2000 @ £5.45 per share through
reinvestment of dividend.
- we were notified on 14 April 2000 that the following Directors of BP Amoco
p.l.c. acquired the number of BP Amoco Ordinary shares shown opposite their
names on 11 April 2000 @ £5.423 per share through reinvestment of dividends on
shares held in the BP Employee Share Ownership Plan:
Sir John Browne 575 Ordinary shares
Dr J G S Buchanan 1,193 Ordinary shares
Mr R F Chase 2,731 Ordinary shares
Dr C S Gibson-Smith 1,965 Ordinary shares
