bpha 2022/23 Financial Statements
bpha today (16 August 2023) released its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023, reporting a strong performance despite the ongoing uncertainty in the economic environment. The core operating business demonstrated a strong and stable financial performance with an underlying operating surplus of £55m (2022: £62m). Our overall operating margin remained high at 36%.
bpha continued its investment in new affordable homes having built 223 in the year, in addition to investing £39m in existing homes. As part of our commitment to ensure our homes are fit for the future and efficient to run for customers 87% of our homes are now at least energy Band C.
