                                 Block listing

Braemar Seascope Group plc announces that applications have been made to The
United Kingdom Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange plc for a block
listing of 612,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the
Official List and to be admitted to trading upon the exercise of options granted
under the Braemar Seacope Group 1997 Executive Option Scheme ('The 1997 
Scheme').

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company
and. will be allotted from time to time in accordance with The 1997 Scheme.
