                 Braemar Shipping Services Plc (the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that application will be made to the UK Listing Authority
for 2,841 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to
be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares have been
issued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Braemar Seascope
Group PLC 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme and were purchased at a price
of 199 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place and
dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on the 14 September 2007.
Following this there will be 20,453,598 ordinary shares in issue.
