Change of auditor

The Company announces that following a competitive tender process KPMG Audit PLC has been appointed auditor to the Company.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP have confirmed in a statutory statement, required under section 519(3) of the Companies Act 2006, that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors which should be brought to the attention of members. A circular to shareholders has been sent, as required by section 520 (2) of the Companies Act 2006.
