Director Disclosures


In accordance with rule 16.4 of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority,
the Company confirms that its newly appointed non executive director, Mr
Richard Agutter:


  * has not been a director of any publicly quoted company in the last five
    years;

  * is not or has not been bankrupt or entered into any voluntary
    arrangements with his creditors;

  * does not have any unspent convictions or has been publicly criticised by
    any statutory or regulatory authority or been disqualified from acting as
    a director of, or in the management of, any company;

  * is not nor has been a director of any company with an executive function
    at the time of, or within 12 months preceding any receivership, compulsory
    liquidation, creditors' voluntary liquidation, administration, company
    voluntary arrangements or any composition or arrangement with its
    creditors generally or any class of its creditors;

  * was not a partner of any partnership at the time of or within 12 months
    of any compulsory liquidation, administration or partnership voluntary
    arrangement;

  * has not owned an asset over which a receiver has been appointed nor has
    been a partner of a partnership at the time or within 12 months of
    receivership of any asset of the partnership;
