                          Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 2 November 2007 that James Kidwell, Finance
Director, has acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company following an
exercise of 25,000 options at a price of 245 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr
Kidwell is now beneficially interested in 72,250 ordinary shares, representing
0.35 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
