                          Director / PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been informed that James Kidwell, Finance Director of the
Company, has today acquired 9,180 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
455.375 pence per share to be held in his ISA account. Mr. Kidwell has also
today sold 9,180 ordinary shares in the Company at 455 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr. Kidwell's beneficial interested in the Company remains
unchanged at 72,250 ordinary shares, representing 0.35 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
