                          Director / PDMR Shareholding



The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 5,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 17 January 2008 at a price of 431.35 pence per
share which Mr. Marsh gifted in entirety to his children. Accordingly, Mr Marsh
remains beneficially interested in 1,170,002 ordinary shares, representing 5.74
per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
