                          Director / PDMR Shareholding



The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 1,800
ordinary shares in the Company on 18 January 2008 at a price of 423 pence per
share in addition to 1,200 ordinary shares acquired today at a price of 414
pence per share. Mr. Marsh gifted the shares in entirety to his children.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,170,002 ordinary
shares, representing 5.68 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
