                               Directors' Dealing

The Board was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, yesterday
acquired 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 340 pence per share.  Accordingly,
Mr Marsh now owns 1,143,502 ordinary shares, representing 5.79 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Board also announces that yesterday Quentin Soanes, Head of Business
Development, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 340 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Soanes now owns 1,136,010 ordinary shares, representing 5.75 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
