The Board was informed yesterday that Mrs J Kidwell, wife of Mr J Kidwell,
Finance Director of the Company, brought 6000 ordinary shares at a price of 228p
per share on 7 January 2003. Following this transaction Mr Kidwell beneficially
holds 6000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing approximately 0.04 per
cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
