Directors' Dealing


The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, the Chief Executive, on 18 May
2004 purchased a further 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
231.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Marsh now has a beneficial
interest in 1,088,502 ordinary shares representing 5.87 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
