                        Purchase by Employee Share Trust



The Company was notified yesterday that the Seascope Shipping Holdings Limited
Employee Share Option Plan (the 'ESOP') acquired 76,490 ordinary shares in the
Company on 16 February 2005 at a price of 380p per share and 72,500 ordinary
shares on 22 February 2005 at a price of 375p per share.  Accordingly, the ESOP
now holds 222,500 ordinary shares in Braemar Seascope Group plc, representing
1.19 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
