                        Purchase by Employee Share Trust



The Company has been notified that the Braemar Seascope Group PLC Employee Share
Option Plan (the 'ESOP') yesterday acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 373p per share.  Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 331,495
ordinary shares in Braemar Seascope Group plc, representing 1.65 per cent. of
the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
