                                 Block listing





Braemar Shipping Services PLC announces that applications have been made to The
United Kingdom Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange plc for a block
listing of 295,966 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the
Official List and to be admitted to trading upon the exercise of options granted
under the The Braemar Seascope Group PLC 2003 Savings-Related Share Option
Scheme ('The 2003 Scheme').



The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company
and. will be allotted from time to time in accordance with The 2003 Scheme. It
is anticipated that the block listing application will be granted on 17 March
2008 and trading will commence on 18 March 2008.
