Statement re Possible Acquisition
The Directors of Braemar Seascope are aware of recent market rumour and can
confirm that they are in advanced discussions with regard to the possible
acquisition of the business and assets of Cory Brothers Shipping, a shipping
agency. If the acquisition does proceed, it is not currently anticipated that
approval by Braemar Seascope shareholders will be required.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
