Braemar Group plc ("Braemar" or the "Company") announces that following the completion of a tender process, PKF (UK) LLP has resigned as auditors to the Company. The Directors of Braemar are currently in discussions with another firm of auditors and an update announcement will be made in due course. Under the requirements of the Companies Act 2006, a letter detailing this information has been posted to shareholders of Braemar. Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, this letter has been made available at the Company's website: www.braemar-group.co.uk.
