Directors' dealings


The Company announces that it has received notification of the following
Directors' dealings made on 11 August 2006:


Anthony McFarland, Non-executive director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of
1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 2.5p per Ordinary Share.


JTM Holdings Limited a company controlled by Mr. McFarland purchased 50,000
Ordinary Shares at 2.5p per Ordinary Share.


The beneficial interest of Mr. McFarland following the purchases is 2,650,000
Ordinary Shares representing 2.33% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
