Jonathan Murphy, Finance Director, purchased 176,361 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') at 3p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr
Murphy following the purchase is 843,028 Ordinary Shares representing 0.74% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
