Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it today received notification that, on 15 August 2008, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.75p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchase is now 32,243,332 Ordinary Shares representing 19.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
