The Company was advised on 23 June 2006 that Wheddon Limited purchased 2,000,000
Ordinary Shares on 23 June 2006 at 3p per Ordinary Share.  The beneficial
interest of Wheddon Limited is now 33,999,999, representing 29.88% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.  Wheddon Limited is ultimately owned by
Investec Trust (Guernsey) Limited as Trustee for the Tchenguiz Family Trust.
