Braemar Group plc ('the Company')

City Equities Limited purchased 7,000,000 shares in the recent Placing of
15,000,000 new ordinary shares representing 6.15% of the enlarged issued share
capital of the Company. The 15,000,000 new ordinary shares were admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings commenced on 7 February 2006.



The Company was advised on 7 February 2006 that City Equities Limited sold its
entire shareholding in the Company of 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the ordinary share capital of the Company to its own private customers.
Following this, City Equities Limited holds no interest in the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
