Swallowfield Plc ("the Company") was informed on 9 June 2010 that the wife of Mr Ian Mackinnon, Chief Executive Officer has transferred her interest in 59,330 ordinary shares from a nominee account into her own name.

Following this transaction Mr Ian Mackinnon remains beneficially interested in 135,500 ordinary shares representing 1.2 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
