Further to its announcement on 14 March 2011, the Company announces that it has today posted a circular to shareholders in connection with the General Meeting to be held on 11 April 2011. A copy of the circular is available on the Company's website.
The Board strongly urges shareholders to vote their shares AGAINST the resolutions as each of the Directors will be doing in respect of their own shares at the General Meeting.
