Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the social video company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Miriam Mulcahy as a Non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Miriam has a wealth of experience within the media and technology sector and acts as an independent board level adviser to digital media companies. Miriam has worked internationally and has recently returned from a two year stay in Tokyo. Historically, Miriam's clients have included the BBC, Haymarket Media Group, Racing Post and Bauer Media Group radio and consumer Magazines. Miriam has advised on strategy and change projects such as portfolio reviews, development of digital content and channel strategies involving resource optimisation and restructuring. Prior to this, Miriam was a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and co-founded the PwC Internet Strategy Group.

Miriam Therese Mulcahy (married name Miriam Embury), aged 51, is currently a director of Pediment Capital Partners Limited.
