Board Change
Social video company Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) announces that Paul Marshall has informed the Company that he intends to step down as non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 20 January 2020, due to increasing work commitments in his full-time role with Vesuvius Ventures Limited.
Sir Robin Miller, Chairman of Brave Bison, commented: "We are very grateful for Paul's contribution and hard work for the Company over the years and wish him well for the future."
As announced previously, the Company intends to appoint new Non-Executive Directors as soon as possible and is aiming to complete one such appointment very shortly. Further announcements on this will be made in due course.
Paul Marshall is the nominee director on the board of Brave Bison for Vesuvius Limited, a shareholder in the Company. So long as Vesuvius Limited and its connected parties hold, in aggregate, over 10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital (as they currently do), they have the right to appoint a nominee director to the board of Brave Bison, pursuant to the terms of a Relationship Agreement in place with the Company. No such appointment is proposed by Vesuvius Limited and its connected parties at this time.
