Braveheart Investment Group plc
("Braveheart" or the "Group")
Investment in Chargemaster plc
Braveheart Investment Group (AIM: BRH) announces that Envestors Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, has led a financing of Chargemaster plc, the provider of innovative products enabling the practical day to day use of electric vehicles.
Envestors, which provides a service matching fast growth companies with high net worth investors and family offices, raised £1.5 million in equity funding to enable Chargemaster to expand its sales forces and enhance its dominant market position.
Chargemaster has developed an advanced range of electric vehicle charging solutions. With annual revenues in excess of £1 million and with a range of blue chip customers, the company is experiencing growth in worldwide demand for charging points as motor manufacturers develop electric cars and plug in hybrids. Its products are installed on streets, in public car parks, at supermarkets, in office car parks and at people's homes.
Commenting on the investment, Oliver Woolley Managing Director of Envestors, said: "Chargemaster represented a unique opportunity to invest in infrastructure needed for the future growth of carbon free motoring."
"We are grateful for the help of Envestors in securing £1.5 million in 10 weeks," added David Martell, Chief Executive of Chargemaster plc, who previously founded Trafficmaster Plc.

Fourteen years on, Braveheart is a public company with a demonstrable track record in technology investing, an established client base and various funds under management. The Group has offices in Perth, London, Yorkshire and Jersey with franchise operations in Dubai and Manchester.
