Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) announces that on 14 and 15 April 2021 Trevor Brown, a director and PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 2,000,000 shares at an average price of 60.125p per share. 

Therefore, at the present time Trevor Brown owns 3,424,099 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 8.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
