Sale of shares by PDMR

Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) announces that on 4 March 2021 Trevor Brown, a director and PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 1,200,000 shares at an average price of 57.4062p per share. 

Therefore, at the present time Trevor Brown owns 6,443,288 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 17.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Following the admission to trading on AIM of the 1,200,000 ordinary shares that are expected to be admitted to trading on or about the 9 March 2021, as announced on 3 March 2021, the total number of ordinary shares owned by Trevor Brown will increase to a total of 7,643,288 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.96% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
