PDMR Dealings

The Company has today been notified that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') have exercised options granted to them under the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE Scheme') and accordingly have acquired the number of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') set against their name in the table below at a price of 41.35p per Ordinary Share.

The Company has been further notified that Mr Hall has subsequently sold the 21,765 Ordinary Shares referred to above at a price of 83.85p per Ordinary Share.

As at today there are 1,416,049,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
