Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK), a leading construction materials distributor, announces that Mike Gant, currently Interim Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as permanent Chief Financial Officer and will also be joining the Board with immediate effect.

Mike joined the Group on the 4^th January 2021 and is a highly experienced CFO, most recently having served as Group CFO at Walker Greenbank PLC, a role he had held since 2014. Prior to that he served for five years as Finance Director GB & International for Britvic Plc.

John Richards, Chairman, said:  "I am delighted to welcome Mike to the Board and the permanent role of Chief Financial Officer. Mike has made a very positive contribution since joining and we look forward to working with him in the years ahead."
