Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, announces that it has been informed that on 12 August 2024, Paul Hamilton, Managing Director within the Distribution Division, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 69 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Paul Hamilton is beneficially interested in 19,007,298 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 5.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
