Brickability Group PLC confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Wednesday 11 September 2024 were duly passed.  All resolutions were decided on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 14 to 16 were passed as special resolutions.
