As co-executor of the will of Lady Ann Woolf, Jonathan C. Woolf has an
interest in 1,380,812 ordinary shares of the company (5.5 percent), which
comprise the holding of the Estate of Sir John Woolf, and 80,000 ordinary
shares of the company (0.32 percent) held by PKL Pictures Ltd.
