British American Tobacco p.l.c. (the "Company") - American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") Dividend Payment Date

The Company has been notified by Citibank N.A. that due to technical reasons at Citibank N.A., the ADR dividend payment date will now be 15 May 2013.  The ADR dividend payment date was previously notified to the market as 13 May 2013 in the Preliminary Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2012 released on 28 February 2013.
