Prints of the resolutions concerning: (1) authority to make donations to EU
political organisations and to incur EU political expenditure; and (2)
amendments to the rules of the British American Tobacco Long Term Incentive Plan
which were passed at the Annual General Meeting of British American Tobacco
p.l.c. on 28th April 2005, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority (as
required by paragraph 9.31 of the UKLA Listing Rules) and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Viewing Facility, which
