(a)        Annual Report 06 (Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement and
           Directors' Report and Accounts 2006);

(b)        Review 06 (Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement 2006);

(c)        Circular to Shareholders 2007;

(d)        Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

(e)        Proxy Form.



In addition, the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2007 includes a resolution
to adopt new articles of association. Copies of the new articles of association
have also been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with
Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2 and are also available on the British
American Tobacco website www.bat.com/agm
