Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 5,298,187 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

 It is expected that admission will be granted on 11 November 2010 with dealings commencing on 12 November 2010.

 These shares will be issued pursuant to the following:

Dividend	Shares
The Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme - dividend payable on 12 November 2010	5,298,187

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
