ASSET MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT BRITISH LAND
The British Land Company PLC has augmented its asset team with three
specialist Head of Asset Management appointments taking immediate effect.
Peter Clarke (aged 34) who joined the Company in 1989 will specialise in
revenue enhancement, with particular reference to all rent reviews including
the City of London and the Superstores.
Tim Roberts (aged 35) who joined the Company in 1997 will continue in his
purchasing and investment role and, additionally, monitor overall Asset
Performance and co-ordinate Asset Management on all Joint Ventures.
Daniel Peltz (aged 39) will continue as Managing Director of B.L. Universal,
the Company's joint venture with The Great Universal Stores P.L.C., and is by
agreement joining British Land as a full time executive to oversee strategic
and commercial aspects of the Group's retail portfolio, including all Shopping
Centres and Retail Parks.
Mike Gunston remains Chief Surveyor with John Iddiols as Deputy Chief
Surveyor.
