Directors of the Company on 10 May 2007, have any details that are required to
be disclosed under this section, apart from under 9.6.13R (1) as follows:

Colin Cowdery is currently Chairman of Resolution PLC.

Also, they have both confirmed that currently they hold no shares in the
Company.
