The shares allotted to Lord Turnbull and Robert Swannell were pursuant to their standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of their annual directors' fees. The shares allotted to Clive Cowdery were pursuant to his standing instruction to receive shares as total satisfaction of his annual directors' fees.
