The Company announces that on 10 September 2014, Tim Roberts, an Executive Director of the Company exercised options over 1,033 Ordinary Shares, under the Company's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme, at a price of 301p per share. All the resultant shares were retained by Mr. Roberts. Nigel Webb, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company exercised options over 5,166 Ordinary Shares, under the Company's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme, at a price of 301p per share. All the resultant shares were sold at a price of 728p per share on 1 September 2014.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R
