The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") announces that the Non-Executive Directors listed below were allotted ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 552.16532 pence per share on 16 July 2019:

The Company has been notified that Tim Score, a Non-Executive Director, sold 2,973 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 559.8465 pence per share. The sale took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON) on 5 July 2019.
