The British Land Company PLC announces that Mr D A Higgs, a director of the
Company, has today been allotted 337 shares of 25p each in the Company at
price of 445p per share. These shares have been allotted pursuant to his
standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of his annual
director's fees.
