The British Land Company PLC confirms that , in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, rights awarded, on 30 May 2006 to Graham Roberts over 26,026 Performance Shares and options over 78,081 shares, Tim Roberts over 17,350 Performance Shares and options over 52,053 shares,  Andrew Jones over 4,192 Performance Shares and options over 12,579 shares, Tony Braine over 15,904 Performance Shares and options over 23,857 shares, Peter Clarke over 13,374 Performance Shares and options over 40,124 shares, Nigel Webb over 7,100 Performance Shares and options over 10,652 shares and Valentine Beresford over 1,409 Performance shares and options over 4,228 shares, lapsed on 2 June 2009 as the performance target had not been attained.
