Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price in respect of the fourth interim dividend for 2014/15, which is proposed to be paid on 7 August 2015, is 802.6 pence. This is calculated as the average closing mid-market price of an ordinary share for the five dealing days commencing with, and including, the ex-dividend date of 2 July 2015.

The deadline for receipt of a Scrip mandate by the Company's Registrar (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5.00 pm on 17 July 2015.
