Purchase of Own Securities



The Company today announces that on 30 January 2007 it purchased 200,000
Ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 90 pence per share.


The effect of this purchase is to increase the last reported net asset value for
remaining shareholders at 31 December 2006 from 100.1 pence per Ordinary share
to 100.2 pence per Ordinary share.
