The Company announces that it was today notified that on 4 November 2008, Director and Chairman Richard Last purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each at a price of 40.0 pence per share.   

This takes his total beneficial shareholding to 23,925 Ordinary Shares.
