British Smaller Technology Companies VCT 2 plc ("the Company")


Further to the announcement of the Company's preliminary results made on 3 April
2007 the directors announce a correction of a rounding error in the announcement
with regards to the reported earnings per share.


The 2006 earnings per share should have been reported at 9.0 pence per share
instead of 9.1 pence per share.
